SOMOS® Gramix FlakeDosGravimetric dosing of PET bottle flake

The SOMOS® Gramix FlakeDos dosing system is ideally suitable for gravimetrically dosing PET bottle flake (bulk density 250 to 600 g/l). Based on the design of the Gramix S2000, the system can optimally and directly process the flakes without premixing. The highly responsive weighing electronics accurately control the process and rapidly detect fluctuations in bulk density. The closed dosing system releases little dust and operates reliably even with flakes with a bulk density of as little as 250 g/l. The flake dosing system is positioned directly on the processing machine, so saving space.
